Wilt: Last Blossom Nice direction, art and style. The game flowed smoothly and I appreciated the minimal amount of backtracking, even for secrets. Music meshed well with the style and added the right amount of atmosphere.
I felt the vilification of the "haz-mats" was underdeveloped part of the plot, given that they seem to only be an enemy of the protagonist, they are seemingly benevolent as suggested by other NPC dialogue. This frames the protagonist's actions as unethical, (slaughter of innocent people in a selfish quest to recover his immune daughter and prevent the discovery of a cure).
Like other reviewers, I was uneasy about the happy ending. While meant to be heartwarming it would cause more damage to than good to the world of Wilt.
